Roussanne grape - A yellow gold color, limpid and brilliant, a nose with aromas of white fruits, pears and fresh hazelnuts, and a round, oily and very greedy mouth.

Une sélection parcellaire des meilleures grappes de Vermentinu avant une fermentation en fûts chauffés à la vapeur. Un vin riche et structuré au profil suave et bouqueté qui s’est enrichi des notes d’élevages pour se dévoiler après aération sous un registre plus délicat et tout en longueur.

This wine has a nose of black fruits, spices with floral notes such as violet. The palate is powerful, concentrated and refined with present but melted tannins.
The finish is fruity, spicy and beautifully fresh.

Pinot Noir grape variety - This “Clos des Ursulines” Pommard develops fruity aromas of cherries, blackcurrants and figs on the nose. Over the years, its aromas will evolve towards notes of coffee and leather. The palate is full and round, with very ripe tannins and a rich body without heaviness.
This wine is powerful and structured while remaining subtle, elegant, silky, almost feminine due to its proximity to Volnay. As for the finish, it is silky and velvety.
